When will my order be shipped?

 

We promise to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-7 business days from the date of your purchase, unless otherwise notified.

 

When should I expect my order to arrive?

 

Once dispatched, it typically takes about 5-8 business days for your order to be delivered. The total transit time includes both shipping time and order processing time. Please note that during high volume periods, processing time may experience delays.

 

What are the shipping costs?

 

Shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $8 shipping fee will apply.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package hasn't been shipped, we'll cancel the order for you. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. If the products you purchased are eligible for returns or exchanges, you can contact us to proceed.

 

Can I track my package?

 

Absolutely! You'll receive an email notification once we complete the order processing, including a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches your front door. You can also track your order on our website.

 

Lost or stolen packages

 

If you suspect your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at aloha@orrede.com. Due to carrier limitations, we must receive any claims for lost or stolen packages within a 30-day window. Claims submitted after this period will not be processed.
