Return Policy

 

We want you to be delighted with your online purchase, but if you wish to return an item for any reason, we happily accept returns within 20 days from the original online invoice. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Please note that custom-made items are non-returnable.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Upon receiving your return at our facility, the processing period may take up to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you once we've received your item(s) and completed the return process. Please note that original shipping or handling charges cannot be reimbursed, and if a coupon or gift card was used, the full amount and gift card will be voided.

 

Return Instructions:
-20 days no reason to return.
-Returned items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached.
-Gifts (if any) must be returned together.
-Original shipping cost is not refundable when an item is returned.
-Handmade items and customized items are customized and do not support returns or exchanges.

 

Exchange Policy

 

We support size exchanges within 20 days. Please be aware that our exchange policy only covers size changes and does not extend to different products or styles. Unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise is eligible for a full refund, excluding custom-made items.

Shipping Costs

-You don’t like it after you receive it.
-You no longer need it.
-The size does not fit.

-Product quality issues.
-Sent the wrong items or sizes
